Cotton Yarn

Tension 7 to 9 for 3 strands of 14/2 cotton

Tension 8 to 10 for 6/2 cotton

Any punch card or electronic standard gauge machine

Punch card #2 for Brother KH-820 - others use card #1 double length

KH-930 or 940 - Pattern #30; KH-970 - Pattern #45

E-wrap CO 60 stitches.  RC 000.

Set machine to read pattern.  Knit 1 row.

Push in Tuck buttons and knit to row 15.

Release Tuck buttons and knit to row 21.  (Do not lock card for these plain rows.)

Push in Tuck buttons and knit to row 129.

Release Tuck buttons and knit to row 135.

Push in Tuck buttons and knit to row 149.

Turn KC button to NL and knit 1 row.  RC 150.

Latch tool bind-off around 2 gateposts to make it looser.

Push in Tuck buttons and knit to row 150.

Release Tuck buttons and knit to row 160.

Push in Tuck buttons and knit to row 178.

Turn KC button to NL and knit 2 rows.  RC 180.

Latch tool bind-off around 2 gateposts to make it looser.
